Workplace Wellness: I work with business’ to increase their employee morale, energy, productivity, and overall health. I explore needs of individual companies working with your Human Resources Director, Safety Director and others in your business. Personalized programs, including nutrition and how to prepare healthy meals, are created to benefit employee output while increasing your companies bottom line. These programs can work in conjunction with existing workplace wellness programs, or stand out on their own.
Busy Women: Whether your a mom or not, women are constantly on the go these days. Women tend to place their needs on the back burner while attending to everyone and everything else. I work with women ready to take charge of their life and put themselves first. Programs are created to increase energy, lose weight, and gain confidence in themselves. These are achieved through my Sage Energetic Living Fundamentals. Nutrition and being able to prepare healthy food is a big part of the equation. By implementing sustainable changes in their life, women thrive. They take that renewed energy and become a motivated driving force. They also set an example for others to follow. Including moms, who want to healthy, happy families.
