Alethea’s mission and desire is to guide her clients on their journey to a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. Channeling this passion, she founded her holistic health and food coaching practice in 2012. In 2014, she published her first cookbook The Inspired Plate, with the following philosophy strongly in mind: “healthy, wholesome food should not only nourish you, it should taste good!”
In addition to being a published author and certified coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Alethea is a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and owner of The Inspired Kitchen a vegetarian meal delivery service. She also offers cooking classes and workplace wellness.
